Never did I think we would be going through this journey together. My husband and I thought she had a sinus infection and that’s why she was having headaches right before Christmas of last year. We were both in complete shock when we learned in Resurrection’s ER, four days before Christmas, that an MRI had revealed a mass in the back of her brain. That is when our journey began. We went straight to Children’s Memorial at 2:00 a.m. by ambulance and our lives have never been the same.
